Had a problem with my battery on my FreeGo hawk went to other shops all they would say is that they could take it away to be looked at I took it to penarth the gentleman looked at it and said he would do some test but it may be need rebuilding or a new one I went for the option of a rebuild had the bike back absolutely excellent I just like to thank the staff there for mending a puncture on my bike 2 days later and for all the help and courtesy giving very knowledgeable if there was 10 stars for a rating I will give them 10
For a long time, I've endured an aching back and wrists after a cycle ride, putting it down to age and wear 'n tear. A quick chat with Stuart in the Barrage Bike Shop was followed by raised handlebars, saddle adjustment etc - and I'm beaming. 25 including parts. They'll be getting all my 'bike business' in future - and guess where I'll be getting my new bike?

The Bike Shop Penarth is far and away the best shop I've ever used. Brilliant service and quality of work, and they're only too happy to help. It helps that everyone there is amazingly friendly and glad to help. They have the personal touch that's missing from the big chains and big-box stores. Oh, and that it's round the corner is always helpful!
