Impossible to get an appointment over the phone. Line always busy and once you get an answer, they are all booked for the day
Waiting time is ridiculous over an hour for a booked appointment and staff at front counter not friendly, place needs a good sort out.
Trying to book an appointment is a nightmare. You get told to call at 8am, but the lines are engaged. When you get through, you then have to wait on hold. The phone then rings for ages until someone answers, only to be told that all the appointments are gone for today and to try again tomorrow. If you want to book an advanced appointment, it's at least 2 weeks away!!! This is what is wrong with the NHS. Unless you are dying of something, you won't get any help
Absolutely terrible service, you cant get an answer on the phone and then the online appointments is unclear and they wouldnt see a six month old baby that developed a rash all over his body
Awsome doctors, never had any problems. Would recommend anytime. Hard to get an appointment sometimes, but doctors second to none
