Turned up for the appointment at 2:30 like was planned said that the appointment was meant to be 2 and put it on me not turning at the right time which isnt correct (check the messages on messenger on Facebook says 2:30 today any good? I said sounds thats good how much will it be?) But then took too long to reply as it my appointment was coming up so I called them and asked for the price they said will be around 25 pounds so I bring 30 just in case and when I turn up they tell me i have to wait til 4 and its going to be over 35 pounds maybe over 40 like thats insane I have never ever been charged an amount like that to straighten my hair. Not only that the dye job theyve done on my hair is exact opposite of what I asked for I asked for my hair to be dyed dark but I dont want to have the red tint in my hair which they said they needed to have a little bit of a warm colour or my hair would have a green tint which I understand do what you gotta do but she also told me it wasnt going to be that red or that warm so I went with it. Now every time im in the light my hair is super red which I was trying to avoid at all costs. Which now Im going to have to go else where to pay for a colour correction. What a waste what a joke. Seriously?
Very pleased with whole experience and I am a fussy customer! My stylist, Joanne, knows what she is doing and she really listened to what I wanted. I was really pleased with the result after her cutting my hair for the first time.

They were very nice place was clean and lovely nice atmosphere very welcoming I would go again and I would recommend it to anybody else
The hair cut was pretty nice but the never came to what I wanted with the colour. The highlights were very thick and streaky in my hair which I had already mentioned didnt like that and I just wanted my hair lightened overall. I've experienced worse but I wasn't impressed either.
