Awful awful experience that showed me a new low in estate agent behaviour. Would rather sleep in a cardboard box than deal with them again.
I have nothing but positive things to say about ACJ, from the moment I came into their office 4 years ago looking for a professional let, all the way through to the end of the tenancy last week. Problems (there were very few) were dealt with very speedily, efficiently and professionally. They are also nothing but open, honest and reasonable about their charges and in their communications - lessons many Cardiff letting agents could learn. It truly was a pleasure to live in a property managed by ACJ!

I have been a tenant with ACJ since 2009 and I have always found them to be most professional, helpful and friendly. Whenever I had a query or a maintenance issue it was dealt with in a timely manner by both the ACJ staff and the various engineers. The engineers themselves were always efficient and friendly, they also offered advice where necessary.My landlord was marvellous and always answered my queries quickly and fairly. I wouldnt hesitate in recommending ACJ to anyone in the future.
