Wasn't keen on this place it's a very basic cafe which isn't for me. Nice to look over the lakes and see the swans though.
Such a beautiful place. Very relaxing Toilets, lots off FREE parking. You can take your own disposable BBQ or you can rent contact them directly to book it belevie they are upto 45 just because there is a picnic bench next to them. There are many places to do your own. As always swans and various migration birds.
We regularly combine a trip to the coffee shop with a walk. Service has got a bit quicker lately as they have a separate counter for ice cream and cold drinks now. We often have a slice of cake with our coffee and we use the coffee loyalty scheme. Sandwiches and hot food such as bacon or sausage sandwiches or rolls and chips are available. Nice atmosphere although the acoustics are very good so it can get noisy. Tables are available outside too.
