Mark and his team are a delight to deal with, always eager and helpful with endless infomation on models of cars they have for sale. If it a quality car you want with personal service this small company can deliver a service far in excess of most larger outfits. If they dont have the model you like just ask they usually get what you want in as they have a large and varied suppliers of quality vehicles at competative prices.
I visited performance cars today with my boyfriend and we were both completely baffled by how rude the service was that despite never having left a review in my life I felt it so bad I couldn't not. On our arrival we entered the office and explained I was interested in a specific vehicle and would like to take it for a test drive as I had never driven the automatic version before. One of the sales men got the keys and on approaching us the first thing he asked was whether I had part ex. I explained I would be looking to part ex my vehicle however would realisticly be looking to purchase in the new year, however I wanted to see what the car was like to drive etc.His response was "WELL THERE IS NO POINT THEN, THE CAR WILL BE GONE BY THEN". I replied that I appreciate that however I want to drive the vehicle for myself (specifically an autmomatic) before making any definitive decision on whether to go for that make/model. His further reply was "WELL WE ARE NOT A PUBLIC SERVICE".Myself and my partner were so surprised by his attitude we were speechless and just left. We were both so furious with how we were spoken to that I even phoned the office to explain what had happened for it to be logged with the manager. I can't imagine many people car shopping would tell the salesman that they are looking to buy there and then so if this is this man's attitude to most customers I am amazed the company is still going.He more or less refused to let us see, let alone drive the car due to the fact I said I would be looking to purchase in the new year!!! He almost looked down his nose at us as if he thought we couldn't afford to buy the car in question. We certainly won't be returning and will be avoiding this place and would urge others to do the same.
