Just brought a car from vale cars and it was Exactly how they describe it over the phone I was well pleased . From start to finish the transaction only took about 45 minutes and I was on my way home in my nice new car . the sales team were extremely helpful and I would highly recommend anyone to buy a car from this garage . The valeters done an amazing job on the car it looked brand new. all in all Im one happy customer 5 all the way
Slightly different review but I have dealt with this garage. They recently bought my car off me as I was lucky enough to be getting a brand new car. I found the whole transaction extremely easy. They offered me 400 more than an online car buying site and the money was in my account straight away via bank transfer. They even dropped me home. I could not fault this service in any way. I would recommend anyone selling a car to try these guys and would not hesitate to use them should I ever be needing a car. Thank you. David

Absolutely fantastic place to buy a car. Picked up my new car yesterday , the team could not do enough to ensure the transaction was smooth and easy , car was in superb condition would highly recommend and i would use again- being Exeter based its a bit of a travel to them but well worth it for the right car and the right service.Steve done a great job showing me the car and making me feel completely relaxed, had issues unlocking it the following morning ( my own fault as not used to keyless entry ) but one quick call and I was talked trough it no issues at all - there service clearly extends beyond just making a sale - fantastic team thank you so so much.
