Well equipped and friendly staff
Friendly staff, good equipment but the green area is always full at the time I go (classes being run)
It's hard to say what I value the most about FIT Cardiff... The trainers are amazing, they really know their stuff. They always push you to your limits (and a bit beyond) so that you are always progressing. I have learnt heaps about my body, exercise and nutrition - so that my whole lifestyle has changed for the better since beoming a member. I have seen huge improvements to my posture and muscular health and also improved my fitness and weight at the same time. I have achieved things I never thought I would, goals I didn't really even know I had when I joined! But also I love the community, I really look forward to going to my sessions and hate to not be in for a day or two. Steve and the team should be really proud of all they have achieved here! It's so much more than a gym, I guarantee you will not regret becoming a member of the team!

I needed a lifestyle change and this gym has definetly done it for me. 3 months in to it and i have lost 17 pounds and never felt better. Incredibly helpful staff who really know there stuff and keep you well motivated. This is the place to go if you want serious results.
