Good knowledge and a range of MMA classes, very helpful and friendly staff. A bit pricey but you can train as many times as you want during the month and there's always a session in the afternoons.

Excellent facility with plenty of classes to suit a variety of people and abilities! Classes running everyday of the week and include mixed martial arts, wrestling, kickboxing, yoga, plus fitness, HIT workouts and more. Gym staff and coaches are incredibly welcoming and give the place a warm family feeling. They also run beginners courses for those starting from scratch!

Fantastic training Gym, easy to find on Penarth Rd. Lots of professional equipment to use, hygiene and presentation is perfect! Definitely recommend this gym to everyone! The staff are lovely and always ready to help with any queries, such a warm and welcoming atmosphere too! Not only is there a ton of equipment downstairs but theres a upstairs too, complete with a MMA cage! Really couldnt recommend this Gym enough, well done to the owners and staff!
