Waited over 3 wks for my Sandero Stepway to be returned after water was found to be pooling badly in the back passenger footwell. It was found to be a faulty part on the air conditioning pipe. Parts ordered from France were delivered and found to be incorrect on 2 occasions. In the end, so I could get my vehicle back, I was informed by the manager that the part needed would be removed from a new Dacia courtesy car parked on their forecourt. Went to collect my car today to find 2 internal trims were hanging off and had to wait for somebody to come and fix them correctly. Attention to detail is what's needed and I think to hand back a vehicle with internal trims not fitted correctly is disgusting, especially after waiting so long to get the vehicle back. Very little communication between the service staff manifested in very poor communication with myself on a number of occasions......all in all very poor service.
